I have some photos I would like to take off my TMobile Razor, but not by emailing them online. I would like to see if I could use a USB cable or possibly Bluetooth.
Edit:
I found that transfers can be easily made using the USB cable (provided you have a digital camera already), and by downloading Motorola Phone Tools. I can add pics, small videos, and sounds. The default sounds and pics can not be removed though, which is very annoying. I can backup my phone numbers and SIM card though.

Yes this is possible. I have a Razor and have done this in both windows and linux via usb, i've not tried the blue tooth. Basically this is what you will need, for connection via usb:
1) appropriate usb chord
2) Software that will access the razor, under windows I used a software called Mobile Phone Tools, i think Motorola makes this but can't recall. Under Linux I use a program called moto4lin, under linux be careful as the software allows you to do a lot more to the phone.
3) When uploading stuff to the phone be sure it's in the correct format for audio and/or photo's.
Both programs I've used, and both give you the ability to upload / download photo's, ring tones etc... The windows software will also provide simple sync of the calendar and address book, in addition to backing up the phones data.
Finally Mobile Phone tools is not open source so $$$$ required, moto4lin is open source.
